This group is for anyone interested in having less stress, anxiety or lack of contentment in their life. We will be running secular Mindfulness-related courses at various venues in and around Glasgow. The days and times will vary, as will the specific subject areas. Beginners and more advanced Mindfulness devotees are welcome as we are all learners, no matter how long or how much Mindfulness we have been practicing. So, come along and find new ways to be Mindful and Meditate, meet other people and have lots of fun along the way!
