Come early and bring your question/problems. Experienced Wordpress volunteers will be on-hand to help you solve them.

Our focus is to help beginners to power-users with:

• Fast/Convenient/Easy ways to work with WordPress
• What to do once you have a site (i.e. how to get people to your site, a.k.a. marketing)

Of course, we are here to help you get all your WordPress questions answered too.

Chris will present an overview of Easy Digital Downloads along with discussing integrations with email marketing, and CRM type systems.

He'll also share a few examples of sites built using EDD.

How to get to know your Social Media Followers

• Learn the behavior of your Facebook fans, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+ followers?

• Where do they go?

• How did they get there?

• What were your most popular pages or posts?What type of posts do they like the most?

• Who are they? Men, women, young, old, local, national or global?

The more you learn about how your followers interact with your posts, the better you can feed them what they want to know.

The more you understand your target market, the better you'll be able to serve them.
When you know what's working and what's not working, you can better plan to get the results you want.
