We are a group of individuals that suffer from a common affliction of anxiety, panic attacks and/or depression. Our group will focus on releasing issues, discussing methods of recovery from holistic to traditional medicine, offer recommended books and workbooks for those needing structure and have a licensed counselor as a guest speaker once a month. We hope to plan group outings like museum tours, outdoor activities, yoga & movie nights for anyone interested. This will be a safe place were you can discuss and heal. We hope you can form long lasting bonds that will empower you to become the strong confident person you truly are.
