The Art of Living Foundation offers programs to uncover the strength, peace, and joy that lie at the core of every human being. By nurturing the spirit and compassion of every individual, the Foundation seeks to help build a global society that is free of stress, violence, and misery - and full of service, wisdom, and celebration.

What you will learn through the Art of Living course:

* Practices that heal and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit

* Skills for handling negative emotions and situations

* Practical wisdom for improving work and relationships

* Insight into the laws that govern the mind and emotions

* Stretching and low-impact yoga for health, circulation, and body stillness

Attend the meditation and breath session to learn some of the breathing techniques and the mission that is putting a smile on people's face across the world.
