What we're about

Come sketch, draw or paint with us! We welcome any beginner! We're an active group made up of adults across all generations at all levels from beginner to advanced. Some of us have studios but, miss working with others and are looking to make meaningful human connections. Create within a supportive community, find other like-minded folks, share your tips, tools or techniques with us. Work in any medium of your choice.

Our meetups provide a great opportunity for social learning, the glue that makes knowledge stick! Social learning happens through ongoing interactions, enduring relationships, sharing knowledge or the exchange of information and is an effective way to develop or hone your skills.

We are sponsored by the Art Verve Academy, Tucson’s unprecedented mobile visual art school! We proudly teach as a small service oriented operation in rented spaces around town to aid, sponsor or support the local economy & the vibrant arts community. Serving Tucson, Arizona since the spring of 2016, we provide unique classes & workshops with expert advice in sketching, drawing, art journaling & painting in a variety of mediums, subject matter & visual art techniques. Adults, ages 16 & up (or accompanied by a guardian) are welcome to enroll.
