For those who missed my past Seeing 101 presentations, here are a couple more chances to catch it:

• Monday, April 10 at 7:30 pm Sierra Club Camera Committee Felicia Mahood Center Santa Monica. Optional dinner before the event for SCCC members at 6pm Jin Jiang restaurant 110577 Santa Monica Blvd. Full Event details here (https://www.meetup.com/Sierra-Club-LA-Camera-Committee/events/238574234/?gj=co2&rv=co2).

• Monday, May 1 at 7pm Redlands Camera Club First Presbyterian Church Redlands, CA. Event details here (http://www.redlandscameraclub.org/calendar.htm). (Their calendar will be updated soon, be sure to check back)

This presentation basically answers the question. "We all recognize good pictures instantly, then why is it so hard to make them with our cameras?" I talk about how there are literally two ways of seeing and how to trick your brain into seeing the "right" way when you're making photographs. Click here (https://artofseeing.com/seeing-101) for more details about the talk.

Both events are free and open to the public. Come early, seating may be limited.
