The basic structure for a typical meeting is as follows: 1) INTRODUCTION The President, Toastmaster and supporting members kick off the meeting. 2) TABLE TOPICS Guests and members are invited to give impromptu 1 -2 minute speeches. 3) SPEECHES 1 - 3 Speeches are presented by members from a variety of experience levels. 4) EVALUATIONS Select members offer constructive feedback of the speeches presented.
