Join Mark James and Tim Shellabarger for a deep meditation; realign and center as we change seasons. Bask in the meditative sounds of singing bowls, guitar, gong, kalimba and more for an evening of blissful relaxation. Mark and Tim bring you ambient tones, soundscapes and vocal improvisations to help facilitate the ancient practice: one of connection, one of listening, the practice of being reconnected with yourself. Mark has been teaching yoga and meditation for the past 13 years, and has been called to Santorini, Bali, Omatepe and Molokai to share these teachings. When he’s not traveling, he enjoys being in the forest and longboarding. Tim has been making music for over three decades, most notably composing and arranging for Will Sessions, Detroit’s Funk Allstars. Please arrive on time and hydrated. Practitioners are to wear loose, comfy clothes. Pre-registration is encouraged. $30 in advance, $35 at the door. In this Reiki master class, led by Donna Lakes, you will learn how to work with your own energy, the way the ancient masters did. This will build your energy and make it strong, so it can be a more powerful conduit for the Reiki energy to flow through you. You will also learn new symbols and learn how to attune. We will touch on creating a crystal grid to power up a room, office or home. During this three-hour class, we will also discuss the psychology of a master. If you took Reiki 1 and 2 elsewhere, Donna will need to see a copy of your certificates. She'll need to speak with you prior to the class, so she knows you had the proper training. Don't wait and register TODAY, at: https://donnalakes.com/event/reiki-master-class-november-7-2019/.
