Welcome to the Meetup Group for Asian Professionals!
Join a vibrant community of Asian and Asian-American professionals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s from the NY/NJ area, all brought together by a shared appreciation for their countries, languages, and cultures. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, including:
- East Asian and Asian-American: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Thai, Filipino, Mongolian, Cambodian, Laotian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian.
- South Asian and Desi-American: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Bhutanese, Maldivian, Afghan.
We host some of the most exciting and talked-about events in NYC, providing a fun and inclusive environment for like-minded professionals to connect, celebrate their heritage, and foster meaningful connections.

This Christian Singles event is more than just speed dating—it’s an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share your values and beliefs. Through faith, we connect on a deeper level, building meaningful relationships with those who see the world through a similar lens of hope and purpose.
How it works?
We expect about 10 men and 10 women in their 30s and 40s to attend our speed dating event. Each man and woman will have a five-minute mini date with one another. You will indicate who you liked on a "match card." If you are chosen by the same person, we will send you each other's contact information the next day!

Things to know:
- We are promoting this event on various dating sites, don't just go by the number of people who have RSVP'd on this Meetup group.
- The purchase of 1 drink is required, so the venue will let us use their space for future events.
- Dress code, this is a singles event and you will want to look your best.

Interested in interracial dating? Join us for a speed dating event created for singles who are open to connecting with people outside their race or ethnicity. It’s a great chance to meet someone new and spark something special!
How does it work?
You will go on about 10 dates! Each date will be about 5 minutes long/short. We will provide you with materials to tell us who you liked. If the same person(s) you pick also pick you, you will be a "Match" and we will give you each others' contact information - then the rest is up to you! Call each other up and make plans to go out! :)
