Workshop Description: In today’s busy world, having enough time for things that are important can seem impossible. Whether your calendar is filled with commitments or you need to get through piles of paperwork, either can easily lead to stress, frustration, and overwhelm because you don’t see any end in sight. You can come in early, stay late, take work home, do two things at once, but your to-do list just keeps getting longer and longer!

Sound familiar? Time is a resource distributed to everyone in equal measure. Discover the power of managing your time effectively. Time management is much more complicated than making a list and checking things off. The first step is recognizing what needs to change and then doing something about it. Becoming aware and making simple changes how you use time can bring about dramatic performance improvements. Come join our facilitator and other workshop participants to tackle your time management issues and speed up your work routine. You will gain a deeper understanding how your time management skills have a direct effect on the efficiency and quality of your work and personal life, and review strategies to bring about change.

Come examine what may be keeping you from managing your time. Take a look at your priorities, over-commitments, self-doubts, disorganization, and attitudes. Learn how to manage your time effectively and accomplish more in less time with less stress. This workshop will help you:

· Gain an understanding of how you think about and use your time

· Learn effective techniques to overcome the main time wasters

· Learn how to identify and deal with procrastination

· Build a foundation for changing behaviors and attitudes

· Accomplish more in less time with less stress

· Optimize your time and effectiveness

This workshop will be co-sponsored by NJ Creatives (NJCN) http://www.njcreatives.org/, a networking organization for freelance creative talent - from writers and artists to web or graphic designers and photographers, film and video producers, and more. Their members are helped to market their services, improve networking skills and get better paid for their quality work.
