About the Host

Zurama Arancibia has been in Corporate American for the last 16 year mastering several roles including, but not limited, to Finance (Payroll / Accounting), Human Resources, IT Analyst.

Zurama also volunteers her time at her childs' high school as Head of Fundraising and Treasury.

Has been involved in Real Estate investing since 2014; experience started wholesaling properties, buying and holding, rehabbing, turnkey sales. She has an innate capability to Problem Solve and process Numbers, making it a exceptional combination to excel in Real Estate Investing.

She is co-founder of a construction firm which oversees various of past and current projects. Participated in various mentoring clubs. Underway certification as a barrier entry to niche 'Hidden Gem'.
