It's time for our third Meetup in Athens. This Meetup is all about people! We are going to cover topics about the employee development and career paths in support. Moreover, we'll discuss the entire customer journey, the customer support, success, onboarding, retention and lots more.

But mainly we are going to have fun and enjoy our get together. Building a community is our main goal, together we can thrive!

The event will start at 7:00 PM and will take place at Workable (Kifisias 95-97, Athens). Please RSVP if you'd like to attend the Meetup, because there is limited seat availability.

  • 8:15 - The User Onboarding Funnel in the Product-Led Era -
    Despina Exadaktylou, Founder of ReinventGrowth, the SaaS marketing consulting agency.
    30 SaaS participants, 44 Interviews and at least 150 hours spent on creating transcripts. This would be the time (approximately) required, just to get the necessary info, to create the 1st part of the 'User Onboarding Funnel'. The most extensive book on user onboarding and the overall user experience to date. The presentation will dive into the research’s methodologies, participants, best practices that were uncovered and will attempt to suggest solutions in order to fill in the knowledge gap that exists in the SaaS industry on the matter.
