I am happy to announce our next UX meetup where we are going to discuss the critical issue of UX maturity in organizations. Our guest speaker is Evi Malisianou (https://www.linkedin.com/in/evimalisianou/).
Evi is a UX professional with 15+ years of experience in diverse teams and industries. Now she is VP of User Experience at Brandwatch.

"Increasing any organization’s UX maturity is neither an easy task nor a linear process. Transforming an Engineering-centric culture to that of a customer-centered one has been an exceptionally bumpy, but equally rewarding journey.

A high-level UX maturity won’t happen overnight. It takes smart, strategic planning, perseverance, and the orchestration of multiple parallel work tracks. Most importantly, you need the buy-in. Without it, there will be resistance, and the stronger the resistance, the longer the process to get there.

So how can you tell if it’s even worth the investment of time and effort? Is your organization even ready for UX maturity? Thankfully there are frameworks and tools to help you diagnose its current state and monitor if you’re on the right track".
