The Art of Meditation

Meditation is not just a technique, but the art of understanding, using, and transforming the mind. Our mind is our primary influence in every activity, always determining if experiences in our daily life go well or not. Through learning the art of meditation, we can take the raw materials of our experiences in daily life and transform them into something extraordinary. We become able to even use our problems into means for bringing about our own potential. Everyone can learn to meditate. In this series of classes, local teacher Kyle Davis will be explaining how to meditate, how different meditations can be utilized in order to improve our life and reduce stress, and how meditation will give us immense clarity at our work, home life, and throughout all activities.

No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome!

Saturdays from March 1 to March 29
