of Culinary Arts Atlanta's restaurant Lumiere. They have several Prix Fixe menus to choose from including a gluten free menu.

Lumière. It is the site of our students’ capstone class (Restaurant Rotation) and, as such, is managed by students under the direct supervision of our acclaimed Chef Instructors. As a patron of the restaurant, you are an important part of this education process. We hope you will join us for a unique experience that allows the diner to witness our senior level students, who have completed the majority of their culinary curriculum, in action as servers and cooks to further their knowledge of hospitality operations as they prepare for the real culinary world
