Please join us for meditation and AIMC’s 4th Monday Dharma Book Club. We will discuss chapters 13-16 of the book, Listening to the Heart: A Contemplatilve Journey to Engaged Buddhism, by Kittisaro and Thanissara.
We hope all interested will join us even if you haven’t read the book - our discussion will be related to practice relevant to all.
We practice in the Buddhist Insight tradition, and all are welcome.
