Atlanta and SoCal Chapter – Book Club Collaboration - Understanding Begins from Within
Eliminating Frustration and Enjoying Work & Life More Fully by Adopting the Concepts of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

Do you find yourself encountering the same frustrations over and over again, no matter how you may have approached them and evolved your efforts over time? Sometimes the most difficult challenges can be overcome by changing your outlook for the better from within and protecting your feelings by learning how to not take things personally. Eleanor Roosevelt once wisely said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent” and she was right! She understood the power of perspective and how to change it for the better under imperfect circumstances.

Whether you choose to read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz or not, this seminar is designed to help you take back control of your circumstances based on the power of your perception of them, and what you do with that power (yes, you are powerful). There really are four agreements, and they are as short as they are powerful, when applied. Once you hear them and see how they may be applied in your own life, they will be as easy to remember and will challenge you to adopt them, in a good way.

Once you take the reins of your own circumstances with your best and strongest outlook, the power of any negativity will be replaced by that of your own positivity. That’s truly transformational.

This will be a valuable experience for any attendee regardless of whether they come to the event familiar with the book or not.

Key Takeaways:

Gain a new perspective on challenges
Enhance on your coping skills

Dana Sills
Host, Moderator & Chair of the Wnet Atlanta Chapter
Director, Partner Relations, VyaPay

Dana is a serial networker and connector of people. This is how she accidentally fell into the payments industry fresh out of college. The serendipity has continued ever since.

She is pleased to have helped PMT Services, Inc. grow organically to go public during her tenure. As the 5th hire in the credit division in a company of approximately 55 employees, she helped Lynk (RBS Lynk/RBS WorldPay, WorldPay) over 16 years expand from a private company through two acquisitions. While there, Dana earned Lynk’s first Employee of the Year Award for greatest fiscal contribution among approximately 500 employees with the national release of sales management software.

She developed training, product management and business development while at MainStream, handing opportunity after opportunity off to talented team members that she networked into the organization. Dana is actively sharing the value of how easy it is and how valuable it is for ISVs, Acquirers and other entities to become a Payment Facilitator at VyaPay.
