Atlanta Real Estate Investors Alliance - Atlanta REIA

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), led by Dustin Griffin and Don DeRosa, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes.

The Onsite Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the Atlanta REIA Calendar at http://atlantareia.com/calendar/.

The Onsite Renovation Group will focus on properties inside the I-285 perimeter and the in-town neighborhoods. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.

The Onsite Renovation Group is not a sales venue and no selling is allowed. As always, there is no charge for Atlanta REIA members to attend. Guests & Non-Members can RSVP Online for Only $15 at http://areia.us/onsite or pay $20 at the door.

Mountain REIA is a real estate investors association run by Gordon Catts (http://atlantareia.com/biographies/gordon-catts/) that meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM at the Golden Corral (http://g.co/maps/w5dbt) located at 2025 Market Place Blvd in Cumming, Georgia (http://g.co/maps/w5dbt). This group is an educational and networking group that brings in local, active investors and to provide information and education in a low or no-sales environment. This group is open to everyone, so please come join local real estate investors to network, share information, and interact with local and regional experts. Please be prepared to patron the restaurant, enjoy the networking, and the outstanding information!

The Haves and Wants Meeting is Atlanta's Premier weekly meeting for real estate investors who are actively doing deals.

For many years we have provided the best deal making session in town with over 30+ investors in attendance each week.
