  Automated actions
  Detailing ALL info from phone calls, emails, texts and in-person meetings.
  Communication between people you work with
  Able to sync with 3rd party plugins/apps
  Mobile app that is very greatly made
  3rd party able to add info to it (like a webform for a call center or a website to get leads that call in for your services)
  Able to track the status of a lead
  Scheduling tasks

• Utilizing VA's - What are they supposed to be doing?
  Useful things they can do is sort the bounced mailers for you and do skip tracing to find numbers for them to call or you to call.
  Entering in Business cards from networking events - go behind them and add details
  Building a buyers list online from CG, FB, MLS.. etc
  Tagging you in leads that you have not called
