Ready to beat the Atlanta heat? If you aren't yet, you will be in a few weeks! So join us for some kayaking and canoeing at Broad River Outpost. If you've never done either, don't worry, the river is pretty shallow and only has a few "rapids" (they have a few clusters of rocks, nothing too crazy). For you more advanced folks, it's still a really fun time, and a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We will be meeting up in Atlanta at 10 (I'll send out address and directions) so we can have a more relaxed ride down the river and still make it back by 3ish. Don't worry you won't be paddling the whole time, there will be time to just sit back and enjoy the scenery.

I checked the weather, and it looks like we'll be good, but start doing your sunshine dances just in case! Please let me know by Mondayish if you want a guaranteed spot or you can play it by ear later in the week.
