Scaling Bitcoin isn’t an easy fix. Lightning could bring a solution to the table without endangering the decentralization of the network.

Questions such as why do we need a second layer, how does it work and what are the challenges, will be answered. After the presentation, there will be time to download a Lightning wallet and perform some Lightning transactions.
