What we're about
A very Warm Welcome to Mindful Dance/Movement Meet Ups!
These movement events have a conscious healing/wholing focus, increase your awareness, vitality and replenish body mind spirit connection!
"Conscious awareness of your movement is vital to experiencing the Wholeness of your life” Karen Studd, Master Movement teacher.
Research shows that people who practice mindful dance/movement grow more confident, capable and flexible in the face of change. Moving together, we also grow relationally and create communities that care for each on and off the dance/movement floor.
Guided by trained, experienced dance/movement therapists and facilitators you will be in safe hands to drop in, discover your unique dance and explore new possibilities in movement, and life!
