Evolutionary Computation algorithms include Genetic Algorithms and other population operations. Such algorithms are used for optimization problems, and are especially powerful with discrete data.

The idea behind those algorithms will be explained and a few applications will be shown using previous work:

  1. Fair tournament generation : https://github.com/Jacob-Barhak/FairTournament
  2. Population generation for Micro-simulation: https://github.com/Jacob-Barhak/MIST
  3. Population Disease Occurrence Models: https://github.com/Jacob-Barhak/PopDOM
