Lisa Talev- Reiki Master, Health Coach and advanced Massage Practitioner

Lisa founded her private practice, Inspired Wellness, in 2007 with the mission of helping women love living in their bodies. Her approach integrates nutrition, bodywork, aromatherapy and meditation techniques to release what no longer serves and design a lifestyle that reinforces healthy habits long-term. As a health coach, it's less about prescribing a strict meal plan and more about teaching people how to listen to their bodies, strengthen intuition and make informed food choices. When you re-wire the brain to crave what's good for you, you take the struggle and "self control" out of the equation. Lisa is a firm believer that the whole nervous system is our "taste bud," and that physical pleasure is a basic food group for the soul. Eat to live, live your dream.

We will also have other experts join as the weeks progress. Categories include massage therapy, acupuncture, and physical therapy. Those in the group my recommend other topics/speakers as well.
