This group is dedicated to providing people in the community with information on how alternative healthcare/healing can help with conditions such as acute/chronic pain, emotional stress, workplace ergonomics, nutrition and improved health/fitness. Various experts in the field of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Energy Healing, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, Yoga/Pilates and Massage therapy will be speaking each seminar. The seminar is free and those who attend will be given tips they can implement immediately to help turn their lives around and reach their personal goals of decreased pain and emotional stress. Those in attendance will also have many opportunities to ask each healthcare professional questions unique to their own situation/body.
Dr. Jason Rogers-Chiropractor
Dr. Rogers grew up in Asheville, NC. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill(GO HEELS) before completing his chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta GA. In addition to Chiropractic, Dr. Rogers is certified in physical therapy and is also a USPTA certified professional tennis instructor. Dr. Rogers has received post doctorate training in structural care through Chiropractic Biophysics(CBP) which researches how healthy posture relates to optimum body function. Dr. Rogers prides himself on being on the cutting edge of knowledge for nutrition and fitness for all levels. He is also an avid yoga and crossfit enthusiast. He has a passion for serving families, and helping people who could not get better through traditional or other alternative means.
Kerri Hummingbird- Transformation Coach and Energy Healer
Kerri is certified in energy medicine by the Four Winds Light Body School. She also serves on the leadership team at the Toltec Center in Austin where she teaches classes about using energy medicine to transform your life. In addition, she is the Author of Awakening To Me, Category Winner in 2014 The Indie Spiritual Book Awards competition.
Lisa Talev- Reiki Master, Health Coach and advanced Massage Practitioner
Lisa founded her private practice, Inspired Wellness, in 2007 with the mission of helping women love living in their bodies. Her approach integrates nutrition, bodywork, aromatherapy and meditation techniques to release what no longer serves and design a lifestyle that reinforces healthy habits long-term. As a health coach, it's less about prescribing a strict meal plan and more about teaching people how to listen to their bodies, strengthen intuition and make informed food choices.
