The August Austin Blockchain Collective Community Meetup agenda is below. The Collective's Associate Director Joshua Konkle will host this meetup.

Running order and approximate times:

6.30pm - Room should be open for arrivals, networking

7pm - Program begins promptly with welcome, Austin Blockchain Collective notices, and shoutouts* from the floor

7.15pm - Short presentations:

7.45pm - Feature Presentation – Cryptocurrencies: A Tax and Securities Law Primer, plus Cryptocurrency Offerings and Securities Law

McGinnis Lochridge (http://www.mcginnislaw.com/) will present a primer on the tax and securities implications of cryptocurrencies.

8.30pm - Networking/Adjourn to Omni Lobby Bar
