Why June?

Best Trekking Months. There are two distinct trekking seasons which constitute the best time to climb Kilimanjaro. They are January–March and June-October. January–March is generally colder than June-October and there is a higher probability of encountering snow on the summit.

Mount Kilimanjaro or just Kilimanjaro, with its three volcanic cones, “Kibo”, “Mawenzi”, and “Shira”, is a dormant volcano in Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Africa, about 4,900 metres from its base, and 5,895 metres above sea level.

There are several routes, we will do the Machame route!

Overview of the Machame – 7 days route
Nicknamed the “Whiskey” route because the route is popularized as somewhat difficult and more expensive than Marangu route.

On an overall comparison of the routes to scale Kilimanjaro, this is one of the best routes to take, both in terms of acclimatization and cost.

Great for acclimatization with lots of walk high, sleep low opportunities.

Challenging trek with stunning scenery through 5 diverse climatic zones.

Good opportunity to split pre-summit day climb to leave climbers rested before summiting.

“Tanzania Safari”
Tanzania’s wilderness defies the imagination, its sweeping plains alive with giant creatures – and perhaps the closest thing on Earth to a true Garden of Eden. Snowcapped Kilimanjaro towers above dusty red savanna, flamingo-carpeted lakes abut thick green forests, and lush grass plains seemingly stretch on forever. First-time visitors are invariably awed by the scale and colour, before being bewitched by the diversity. You’ll find hidden waterholes, dazzling white sands, teeming volcanic craters, and ice-capped mountain peaks – all within a few hours of each other. These are landscapes that have inspired countless wildlife documentaries and Disney movies – evocative spectacles that remain indelibly raw and rugged.

It’s one of the only wildlife havens where ‘The Big 5’ can be spotted on safari alongside The Great Wildebeest Migration. Mt. Kilimanjaro majestically overlooks all of Africa in northern Tanzania; & eastwards, lie the peaceful & culture-rich beaches of Zanzibar.

“Zanzibar “
Located just off the coast of Tanzania in East Africa, this series of islands surrounded by the Indian Ocean offers a unique adventure and cultural experience along with the most idyllic setting for pure relaxation.

Yes, Zanzibar has the most beautiful powdery white sand beaches lined with coconut trees and the ever warm Indian Ocean with gentle waves (especially the east coast of Zanzibar is protected by a coral reef that keeps the big waves out and also sharks and any other undesirables.
