7pm-7:10pm: Settling in, introductions and some housekeeping (group updates/announcements)
7:10-8pm: Share some quotes from the book to guide our discussion
8pm-8:45pm: Critique or praise of the book as well as general discussions and tangents (people tend to trickle out starting at 8:30pm)
