Brought to you by Cyclingswami.com (http://www.cyclingswami.com/)
RULES:
Helmets required. You will not be allowed to ride without one.
Road bikes recommended. Other types of bikes are allowed, but a road bike is the best option for this ride.
No headphones while riding. This is a safety issue. Wearing headphones makes it difficult to hear traffic or safety commands.
We ask that if you bring a friend, you look after them. This is now a drop ride, and it is not the responsibility of the ride leader(s) to keep track of any one person who is unable to stay with the group.
No use of aero bars in the group. If your bike has them, please be respectful of the safety of other riders and only use the aero bars when you are riding off the front or back of the group. It is unsafe to draft while using aero bars.
Please have supplies. Please carry 2 tubes that fit your wheels and a frame pump or CO2 cartridges, two full water bottles, and make sure your bike is in great working order.
