Visualizing Machine Learning for Healthcare using HoloViz

The HoloViz python libraries allow new and better ways of visualizing data. The need for better visualization techniques continues to grow as machine learning evolves and large amounts of data need to be processed.

Come join Jacob Barhak and Joshua Schertz to learn how HoloViz can present data interactively through web interfaces and make your graphics easily accessible. This talk will focus on how HoloViz's capabilities have proved to be very useful for several projects analyzing healthcare data.

This presentation will focus on visualizing unsupervised and supervised leaning performed for standardization of units of measure in Clinical Unit Mapping. The Reference Model for disease progression visualization will also be briefly discussed to give a broader context.
