I am a former SAS developer with decades of experience. I have moved over to R the past 18 months. One of the strengths of SAS is its ability to manage data sets. The hard part about the transition was learning all the various packages and functions to handle data. I will focus the presentation on some of the techniques I've learned to handle data frames in R.
