What we're about

Here's a great change up AND balance with all the long-distance running you may do. Come do some real SPRINT WORKOUTS with Outright Fitness in small groups of 4-8. This is not appropriate for beginner fitness seekers. While any of the workouts can be varied to suite your ability, we think you should be able to run one mile within 10 minutes, for our sprint workouts to be a real benefit to you.
