Tai Chi Easy is a 5-movement Tai Chi form developed by the Institute for Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC). Unlike the typically long (108-movement) tai chi forms, Tai Chi Easy is quick to learn and easy to practice. While not an official "lineage" form, this simple introduction to tai chi includes the same principles of form and movement taught in traditional tai chi forms.
Tai Chi Easy is a great introductory form, so no experience is needed. Familiarity with qigong is a plus, but also not necessary, as we will practice qigong while learning the form.
To maintain a peaceful, healthy, safe, and welcoming environment, please:
* do not bring firearms into the practice space
* avoid using strongly scented personal products
* turn off the ringer on your phone
