I've created this group to do Yoga, Pranayama and Chi Gong in the nature connecting and sharing with others who also enjoy doing yoga outdoors, weather permitting of course! The idea is to find places we can meet to do Yoga together. I will lead the session with Pranayama breathing exercises, an easy to follow Chi Gong sequence and moving into a sequence of asanas for all level with modifications where needed. I am a certified Qiyo yoga (trained in India) and Ashtanga Instructor with Yoga Alliance International. I have been practising Yoga for over 20 years and teaching Yoga for 4 years in India. I'm also a massage therapist and Nurse (from the UK). QiYo is a mix of different styles, from Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Kung Fu, Balanese healing techniques and Hatha Yoga. We will tap into the Universal life force, the Qi, Chi or Prana and connect at a deeper level to this higher energy that is all around us, especially abundant in nature. At the end of our session I will guide you through a relaxation to finish. Looking forward to hearing from everyone and anyone who wishes to try this out in local Austin parks and open spaces.
