Making UX Research a Team Sport

About the event: The perspective that you'll learn about in this presentation is based on the belief that research is a team sport, rather than a monolithic end-to-end process that sits in an ivory tower. Through intentional involvement of other roles during the research process, we ensure that team members develop contextual user empathy while ensuring the quality of research outcomes.

About the speaker: I am perpetually curious about people and their circumstances (read: context). Most of the time, I learn more about people and their worlds by digging into food, music, and travel. At other times I get paid to be a researcher. My winding life journey (literal and figurative) through India, the UK, the US, and the Netherlands allows me to have perspective and empathy.
