What we're about

The purpose of this group is to provide support for people who either know what they want to do to stay healthy and need support to maintain consistency or for people who aren't sure what they want to do to stay healthy and want to find out what's available. Anyone wanting to improve their mental or physical health should definitely join! The events will be a mixture of demos/intro classes for physical and mental health activities and social meetups to establish support structures for people who want to maintain consistent healthy habits.
