Canberra OpenStack meetup

Following on from the success of the recent OpenStack Day in Canberra, let's reboot the Canberra meetup group.

This first meetup will be a chance to determine if there is interest in having meetups again in Canberra, and working out what sort of topics are of interest to attendees.

We'll arrange a talk for the meetup as well of course.
