This is a group for anyone who wants to create more joy in their life by deepening their connection with themselves, others and the world. Each meet up will explore a different topic related to self-exploration, positive psychology and self development. The sessions will be a mixture of workshop style exercises, group coaching and informal conversation.

Creating Connections with Ruth
·OnlineOnlineEnd your weekend with some authentic connection games and informal group discussion focused on creating meaningful connections and personal growth. This is a fully interactive session and you are required to have your video on and participate.
During this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore your current situation, what you can do to move yourself forward whilst building deeper connection with ourselves and others.
As an experienced, qualified life and leadership coach, I will guide you in discussion that will help you reflect on your personal journey, resolve to take action and discover new approaches to enhance your relationship with yourself and others.
This is the ideal opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a casual setting and, as an added bonus, receive some coaching, whether you're looking to build stronger personal relationships, become the person you need to be to attain your goals, or even just to connect with fellow travellers on this journey called life.

This session requires you to have your Zoom video on, participants with no video will be removed.
In the case of offensive and hateful behaviour the session will be recorded and kept securely within the Zoom cloud portal for 7 days and can be provided as evidence to authorities. Perpetrators will be reported to MeetUp and Zoom.1 attendee- £30.00
