What we're about

You are a professional interested in or currently holding a leadership position and want to learn how and practice authentic human relationship throughout your life including in your leadership role. This is a group facilitated by Ruth Diaz, LPC, Psy.D., an organizational psychologist, consultant, and trainer/coach, who practices and teaches concepts/skills from Brene Brown (Dare to Lead), Kim Scott (Radical Candor), and other cutting edge business leaders. First group is free where you will learn more about the Figure It In Empowerment model and the follow-up groups are attended by donation. Meetings are held at Ruth's office in downtown Portland. Leadership: Modeling Heart, Purpose, and Action together

The web that connects us as leaders is revealed through modeling authentic human relationship. How do we balance this with our needs to be productive and successful at work? If you want to find and practice answers to this question, this group might be for you!

This is a weekly group based on the Figure It In Empowerment Model. At the first group of each month, we will look and learn the Empowerment model together as a refresher for old members and an upgrade for new members. This group is a hybrid process, reflect, and collaboration of professional leaders coming together to find a bridge between their archetypal calling (of being a hero or fixer) and their human needs (of being helped or understood). First group is free. Additional attendance is invited with a donation.
