Welcome to Conscious Relating Arts,
This group is an invitation to explore presence, connection, authenticity, and aliveness in relationship with others.
At the core of our work is Circling, Transformational Connection and Surrendered Leadership.
Circling is a relational practice often described as interpersonal meditation. Instead of focusing on the breath, we bring our attention to what is happening in the present moment between us—sensations, emotions, reactions, and impulses—and share our lived experience as it arises. In doing so, we create a space for honest connection, intimacy, and authentic self-expression.
Relational practices blend elements of presence practice, group dynamics, shadow work, and leadership development. The focus is on exploring what is, rather than what we think should be, and on noticing how we show up in relationship. The work can be vulnerable and at times edgy, and it is also deeply nourishing.
This group may be for you if you’re longing for more depth and realness in your life—both with others and with yourself—and if you’re curious about moving beyond quick-fix self-help into a lived, embodied exploration of relating.
Our events focus on embodied, experiential practices that help you:
- build relational awareness and emotional literacy
- stay present and connected without losing yourself
- increase capacity for intimacy and navigate this with clarity, care, and integrity
All events are highly experiential. You will practice concrete skills and leave with tools you can integrate directly into daily life.

The art of Transformational Connection
We often seek connection outside of ourselves, in relationships or experiences. But true connection doesn’t come from external sources, it begins within.
Connection isn’t a goal, but rather a state of being. By embracing the present moment and showing up as we are, we invite more depth into our lives and relationships. Every moment becomes an opportunity to connect, to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
#### Our Journey Together
This course does not simply teach you a method, but we'll be exploring and discovering the art of connection. In this group, we will:
- Explore how we connect with one another and how to deepen those connections until they become transformative.
- Practice engaging with one another, truly being together in the present moment, embracing what emerges in a shared space.
- Learn to lead with surrender. Through Surrendered Leadership Circles, you'll learn to embrace uncertainty, lead with presence, and guide yourself and others into deeper connection.
This training is an invitation to experience what it means to be real, with yourself, with others, and in the world around you.

This course takes place online. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided by Ellen Waenink and team in exploring these practices and deepening your connection to yourself and others. You’ll receive structured support to help you apply these principles in your life and relationships.
