Cos'è un Open Space
Un laboratorio di idee 💡
Un gruppo di persone con interessi simili riunite in un unico luogo, per condividere e imparare le une dalle altre. Teorizzato nel libro Open Space Technology di Harrison Owen, l'Open Space è un formato di apprendimento informale che agevola la circolazione di informazioni, conoscenze, esperienze all’interno di gruppi di persone. È un particolare tipo di unconference che permette di facilitare conversazioni partecipative quando è necessario un confronto ampio su questioni complesse e non esiste una soluzione univoca.
In un Open Space sei tu insieme alle altre persone a creare in maniera volontaria le sessioni. Non c’è un’agenda predefinita e gli outcome delle sessioni sono essenzialmente imprevedibili.
