Pranic Healing is coming to the NEW Awaken Center at the Plymouth Meeting Mall!!
Join us for this in-person experience of relaxation and healing. We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a gentle, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. Practiced by millions of people around the world, this meditation opens the heart and crown chakras with the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, promoting feelings of connection, compassion and peace.
Following the meditation, short (10 to 15 minute) individual healings are offered by Pranic Healers. Your healer can help you with pain, stress, anxiety or other conditions. Most people find a noticeable improvement after the healing.

For even deeper healing, experience a 45-minute Personal Pranic Healing Journey after the meditation. Your healing can be scheduled for either before or after An Afternoon of Pranic Healing, depending upon healer availability.

We can now experience the power of plant medicine legally in a safe, nurturing, and healing environment to step into truth and expand our consciousness. Our guided ceremonies offer people a supportive space to explore altered states of consciousness through legal mushroom gummies, combined with healing practices.
We incorporate small to medium doses to enhance your experience. These events are not full trips. We offer therapeutic small group and 1-on-1 sessions that allow for safe, larger doses and fuller experiences if desired.

Bring a journal, yoga mat (or thicker), and anything else for your comfort (blanket, pillow, eye mask)This event begins with a guided ceremony and intention setting prior to taking your dose, followed by a sound healing meditation. This will incorporate flute, crystal bowls, and other types of sound healing. It will be followed by quiet time to expand and heal your mind. We encourage journaling of your experience when done, followed by sharing. Afterward, everyone is welcome to join us for dinner at one of the mall restaurants before heading home. Heal your mind.
