It is with great joy to be gathering in person every week for Sunday Satsang with Rev. Julie Darshini and the Awakening community. Our time together includes prayer, chanting, guided meditation, and an inspirational message seeded in the ancient Vedic wisdom of Yoga.

Here in the West, we are all familiar with Hatha Yoga as a form of physical exercise, balance, and flexibility. Of course, Yoga is so much more. It is a complete system for spiritually conscious joyful living.

Come as you are. Chairs are available for meditation (you do not need to sit on the floor). All of our core teachings are offered freely. Donations are always appreciated.
