What we’re about
It is with a humble, grateful and joyful heart that I offer myself as a sacred guide to walk with you as we awaken to new ways of thinking, feeling, and living our lives as awakened souls on our sacred Earth mother, Gaia. So please join me as we step into the light of this sacred year of 2025 and beyond!
It is my intention to continue to grow the community we have been blessed with over the last 13 years with more tools, guidance, and opportunities to awaken to your true self, your journey, and all that is. Here you will find an authentic, loving and compassionate community to support one another through the ascension process, moving into 5D New Earth, and living an empowered, authentic, joyful and amazing life as a fully awakened being of light.
If you are feeling like you and your life are changing, or are needing change, have an interest in spirituality or have been on the ascension path for a while, I invite you to join us!

Please join us for another amazing evening of connection, movement, and healing as we gather in sacred circle to honor our shared humanity and collective light. Together we will ground, center, and awaken through gentle movement, guided meditation, and Reiki/Energy Healing.
These gatherings invite you to come as you are — to release what no longer serves, restore inner harmony, and remember that you are part of something greater. Through breath, intention, and heart-centered presence, we’ll co-create a space of deep peace, unity, and renewal for ourselves and the world around us.
All Are Welcome – Join us whether you're a Reiki or energy healing practitioner, or simply curious and open to receiving! Please feel free to share this invitation with friends, family, and anyone that may be interested! 🙏
Please bring a mat or blanket, water, journal and pen, and an open heart!

For the cooler winter months, we have rented a beautiful space to hold our events and appreciate a minimum love offering of $20.00/person to cover the rental fee.Find us at the Upside Events space above ENAZ Boutique in Highland Park, IL444 Central Avenue, 2nd Floor, Highland Park, IL 60035
Ample street parking and lot parking available at no charge!
