This is a platform designed to share lifestyle, wellness, and cooking tips based in Ayurvedic knowledge as well as support those making lifestyle changes. Ayurveda is a traditional Indian medicinal system that seeks to promote health, wellness, and vitality through finding balance for each individual.

At each monthly meeting, we'll discuss how Ayurvedic practices can help support you in this season, how to incorporate habits into your life, and seasonal cooking tips.

As we continue to make sense of our world, and work to make necessary changes, this hatha-based class can offer you a sense of stability. We’ll focus on providing stillness in poses, relaxation for the senses, and grounding of the body. This class is appropriate for all levels and is a gentle class.
