Ancient yet timeless, Ayurveda gives us the means of attaining and maintaining our own optimal health and well-being. Its benefits have been proven over centuries of practice. Its methodologies are as applicable today in the West as they were thousands of years ago in India. Today’s hectic lifestyles, constant connectivity and intrusion of social media has left many of us feeling depressed, sick, and unsatisfied with our lives. How do we create a life balance in which we are happy and healthy at work, at home and any place in between? We do this by learning to listen to what our bodies are telling us and incorporating Ayurvedic practices into our daily lives.

In this group, we will hold meetups where you will learn practical tools and techniques to create physical and emotional balance; including meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, daily healing routines, emotional release techniques, and Ayurvedic fundamentals such as understanding the mind-body personality, Ayurvedic nutrition, and awakening your inner pharmacy through your senses. Studying Ayurveda is appropriate for anyone wanting to create a better life balance and experience vibrant health, but it is especially helpful if you are experiencing any of the following:
*An overall feeling of being out of balance in your life
*Stress and its related health issues
*Weight gain
*Depression and anxiety
*Physical or emotional pain
