The next Azure User Group meetup is on Wednesday 2nd October - we'll have talks at this event on security in Azure, and on Azure Pipelines. Beforehand we'll be playing some of the Azure content from dotNetConf on the big screen, so you'll have an opportunity to see some of the latest developments and discuss them with other local developers over pizza. And after the talks, for those that are interested we'll run a mini-workshop on getting started with Azure Pipelines, so bring your laptop if you want to get started with CI and CD with Azure DevOps!
This time we're holding the event at StepSpace and it's being sponsored by the extremely kind ESO, so huge thanks to them. ESO deeply believe that people’s lives, their health and their safety can be improved through data. Their SaaS solutions are built on Azure, using some of the latest tech, leveraging event-driven and microservice architectures. Their mission is not lofty and corporate but rather something that their people live and breathe as often people’s lives depend on the results.
And ESO have also kindly sponsored some Azure books as prizes for 2 lucky attendees. So come along for a chance to win!

Finally, if you're interested in speaking at any upcoming Azure Meetup in Belfast, *please let me know* - there's loads of fascinating Azure work being done in Belfast at the moment, and the community wants to hear about your contribution!
