Founded by Dr. Paul Foster Case in 1922, Builders of the Adytum is a Mystery School and training order based on the Western Mystery tradition. The Qabalistic path is sometimes described as the "Yoga of the West," as it has much in common with esoteric Eastern spiritual practices.

B.O.T.A. members receive weekly lessons in Tarot, Qabalah, Astrology, Alchemy, and other related disciplines. The coursework is challenging and far-reaching.

The Phoenix Study Group meets on the second Sunday of each month. Together, we explore and discuss the Tarot and Holy Qabalah according to the principles of Builders Of The Adytum. No preparation on your part is required, beyond interest in the subject matter.

Some months there are special events, such as our seasonal ritual celebrating the Qabalistic symbolism of Christmas, the group healing celebration called Vibratory Attunement, or a Qabalistic Healing service. Everyone is welcome, and we hope you will join us!

Group Ritual Work is also available to Phoenix area B.O.T.A. members. Combined with the lesson material, this can be a powerful catalyst to personal development. After completing the requisite coursework, B.O.T.A. members may apply for initiation in order to participate in the healing ritual work of Pronaos. Twice per year, near each equinox, new officers are installed in a ritual that is open to the public.

Can't make it to the group activities? B.O.T.A. lessons are designed to be studied on your own, in your spare time. To learn more about membership and the coursework, go to http://www.bota.org .

Builders of the Adytum is a non-profit organization.

Vibratory Attunement Ritual

Phoenix Masonic Center

Every quarter year, around the equinoxes and solstices, the Arizona B.O.T.A. members conduct a special meditation or ritual. In June, there will be a Vibratory Attunement Ritual. This beautiful ceremony of healing and transmutation builds patterns of harmony though ancient vibratory formulae of color and sound. No previous experience or B.O.T.A. membership is required for participation. This ceremony takes the place of the regular monthly Study Group meeting. The Vibratory Attunement Ritual will be followed by a potluck dinner. For general questions, please contact Darin through meetup.com.
