Description
The morning program will feature Adam Frey discussing "Understanding Problematic People Through Type".
How can an understanding of type and type dynamics support us when we engage with people who are unhelpful, defensive, or simply lacking in integrity? What does it feel like when we ourselves behave in these problematic ways? Applying John Beebe’s eight-function, eight-archetype model, we will explore what is happening when we tangle with people who seem to have a special knack for driving us crazy. Illustrating the concepts with clips from classic films, Adam will illuminate the archetypes and functions at play, addressing the meaning disguised in these situations and suggesting a new approach to confronting them.2.5 CEs available
