This August, Jordan Hubbard will be presenting a technology demo of FreeBSD running launchd, notifiyd, libdispatch, ASL and other Apple technologies ported to FreeBSD. He will also be presenting a brief synopsis of the advantages of each technology and the usage scenarios they enabled.
