Bishopstone, Seaford and Cuckmere Haven Circular - 10.5 miles

This initially level walk from Tide Mills takes us along the seafront to the steep climb up Seaford Head and down towards Cuckmere Haven for classic views of the Seven Sisters. We ascend South Hill following downland paths and then descend through the golf course, into the centre of Seaford. There is a wide choice of pubs and cafes for the lunch stop. Afterwards, returning via East Blatchington and Bishopstone to cross the A259 near Foxhole Farm.

Accessible by public transport: Bus # 12 leaves from Brighton Sea Life Centre, Stop K at 09:36 (also from Brighton Churchill Square, Stop E at 9:30). Arrives Tide Mills at approximately 10:17. Leaders will be going directly to the starting point.

Free parking. The walk will begin after the arrival of the designated bus from Brighton. Return buses run every 15-20 minutes (# 12 + 12A).
